First Visit
Brief Paperwork
Upon entering the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to complete. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.
Consultation
Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options.
History and Examination
In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.
X-ray Studies
If your specific condition requires any x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you we will send you somewhere to have this performed. We do not take x-rays in our office.
Feet Arches Evaluated
A proprioception test is performed to determine if there are any arch deficiencies. Then a 3D laser scan of the arches is taken to reveal where the specific deficiencies exist. A report of findings is reviewed and treatment options discussed. Custom orthotics and/or Shoethotics are prescribed.

Review of Findings
We will go over the findings from the specific specialized test and tell you what they mean. We will then discuss treatment options for your condition at that time.
Same Day Treatment
Once finished with the examination, review of findings, and if any appropriate studies were needed, patients will generally be provided with their first treatment during this same visit. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies.
Home Instructions
Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home streches and/or exercises.
Schedule Your Next Appointment
You will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit, and get you out of pain as soon as possible.
